Wouldn't be amazing to have an app for happiness? You just get your smart phone and then click on the app and Voila, you are happy. If someone can come up with that application and sell it in the market, it would be THE MOST popular download ever invented. Would love to be the one who creates that app. But let's just think of that for a moment. Create the "Happiness" application. Well, what if I tell you that everyone is a creator of that app, everyone can be happy based on their day to day activities and with one touch (thought I should say), YOU ARE HAPPY. Everyone needs to learn how to increase their level of joy and happiness and how to see and focus on the good things in your life.

Since happiness is a choice, you can all choose to live happy lives by learning what is actually good about your life. You've heard that pessimist sees the glass half empty and optimist, well the opposite. It is important to realize what is around you.
You get tons of people out there who teaches on how to apply this science, if you can call happiness a science. I mentioned that it is a choice, because happiness is within you. Like what some say that entrepreneur/leader are born and not acquired through life, happiness is a choice that you take every single day of your life. No one can say to be happy or miserable, it is left to you to decide what you want to be at any given day.
You have the choice. See and focus ONLY on the good things in life. Like anything, training is required. You can't from being a negative and miserable person become a positive and happy person. The brain is a muscle so you need to train it as one. You can't become a professional bodybuilder overnight, which a lot would hope it being feasible, but like anything, you need to put time and effort into it. You need to focus on your goals and go for it. Nothing should stop you from changing your perception about life and learn to live it happy.
By you seeing the good in everything, which can be a difficult task, especially if everything around you comes crumbling down, you need to realize that all things happens for a GOOD reason. Every obstacles/challenges that happens in your life is due to not being able to see the good that lies within the situation you are facing. The key is to ONLY take the good from every situation and make the most of it. If you drink orange juice and you hate the pulp, you take a strainer, pour the juice and drink it pulp free. Yes, you can say just get Pulp free orange juice, yes, well, life doesn't come always that way either. Overcoming challenges by looking at the positive will help you perceive future challenges as being GOOD, and will approach it accordingly. We all have a reason to be in this planet, we all have a mission. The question is: What is my reason? What is my mission? How can I be a happy person while accomplishing my mission? You have THAT choice.
By seeing the good around you, you learn to have elevated levels of consciousness, you react to people/things/events more positively, and in return, you become a better person through that process. By ONLY looking at the negative, it brings sadness, which can be draining for others to be around you. Why put others through your misery? You should answer that one.
The more you see good in your life, the more you can start relating to others who adopt that same approach about life. Result: You surround yourself with ONLY the right people in your life and allows you to grow to be a better person for yourself and for others.
